(And yes, I realize that you're probably after the PC versions.
Bear with me.) To get them on a PC requires buying Bioware points, and neither the points nor the cost of the DLC in points ever go on sale (except for one exception a few years ago where the discount was only 3%). But seriously, if you want all the ME2 and ME3 DLC, you could probably wait until it was on sale on Xbox Live again, then buy the ME1+2+3 trilogy on the 360 (on sale, $10 or so? Somud Pro more. ), and then buy a used Xbox 360 ($50 or so), and buy all the DLC on Xbox Live (on sale).
And then you've still spent less money (and if it's not less, it's pretty close) than you would have if you'd already owned ME1+2+3 on your PC, and already owned your PC, and counted only the money spent on Bioware points to buy all the DLC. Which is really screwed up.
