Think I can safely say that 64 bit drivers for that sound card do not exist. Just had a look at the INF for the XP driver from that Yamaha link you posted and it is dated from 2001, which says that card is no longer (and hasn't for a very long time) received any support. At best that XP driver might install in 32 bit Windows 7, but it will not install in 64 bit. This is one of those that if you want to continue using the card you're either going to have to install XP or try it in 32 bit Windows 7.
