I've bought the RTF Trainstar though electric trainer from hobbyking two months ago. I've finished building it three days ago, but i just can't seem to bind the radio and receiver. The kit came with a 2.4G LANYU radio control and a receiver that i think it is a match ( cant see any labels). The instruction said to turn on the TX with gas stick down.plug the battery to the plane.the receiver led will flash.press the 'binding' button that is on the receiver (there's only one) and it would supposedly bind and the led would stay on all the time. But nothing is binding.

Having a receiver that has a binding button is new to me. I normally use my spektrum TX, orange RX and a binding plug. But im on a different Country right now and all my rc stuff is 5000km away. Can someone pleeease help me with this? Is there another way to bind this? Is it faulty?

Does anyone here bought the same plane? I'm not familiar with that particular transmitter/receiver but you may be miss reading the instructions. Normaly, to bind that type of set up you first turn on the transmitter then (while holding down the bind button on the receiver)you put power on the receiver. Keep holding the bind button down until the bind light comes on solid at which time you release the bind button. Now this may not be correct for you system but you might try it to see if it works. Thanks for the help, but i've allready done that. And tried again just now.

I've done it because i thought it would be similar to starting the receiver with a bind plug. The only difference is that insted of starting with a flashing led, the led just stays on all the time until i stop pressing the button. But still no bind.

I've tried alot of variations, but no bind. It would be nice to someone using the same plane kit or the same radio system to explain how they have done it. Still a mistery to me.
