Best Answer: I have run into this exact same problem. I submitted a ticket with Midway about this earlier this evening and await a response from them. I thought the game would not play and went off on them, but after FINALLY getting through the menu screens (by Alt-TABing my way back and forth with the Task Manager) I got to the game and it played and ran flawlessly at very high graphics settings. Here is the question I proposed to them: 'I previously wrote a nasty message about this game not running worth a cr*p. I take that back - in spades. The game is FLAWLESS.once I get past the menu system. The menu and settings part at the beginning of the game run like crud.

I have to repeatedly alt-tab back and forth between the Task Manager and the game. It took almost 15 minutes of this for me to get to the actual game. I thought it would NEVER run.
