It works like this: 1: Go to the folder where the game is installed (program files by default) and delete that folder. 2: open run in the start menu, type 'regedit' and hit enter. 3: A window opens. Every HKEY folder in it has a SOFTWARE folder. In one of these software folders there should be a folder that is named like the company that made the game, so for AoE 3 I believe that is microsoft. 4: Delete the Age of Empires folder in it if there are multiple Microsoft program installed.
